Availability
The calendar of events for the Beckley Hall below shows the provisional availability of the hall for prospective hirers. The availability shown in the calendar is not guaranteed to be up-to-date as the Booking Secretary may be actively processing other requests that may not yet have been added to the calendar. If in doubt, please email booking@beckleyvillagehall.org.
Once you have established that our hall is available at the date/time of your planned event, please request your booking by clicking on the “+” sign in the calendar on the date/time for your proposed event and provide the requested details. If you need further help using the booking system, please see this User Guide.
Please make sure that you read and understand the relevant documents under the documents tab that constitute part of your legal agreement with the Trust for your proposed booking. Bookings will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
